My partner does nothing around the house since the baby… | Relationships

Since our baby was born 4 months ago my partner has done virtually nothing around the house. He goes to work, comes home, sits on his phone, and maybe holds the baby for 20 minutes while I cook dinner. I do all the night feeds, all the nappies, all the housework, all the cooking, all the laundry, and all the mental load of running this household. I am exhausted and resentful. Has anyone been through this and how did you fix it?
