Refund & Return Policy

At Social Invoice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Opened hygiene products (skincare, cosmetics, underwear)
• Digital products or downloads
• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

4. Return Shipping

• Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and send a prepaid label
• Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

5. Refund Process & Timeline

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
